What are the shipping times for Brane X orders?

For orders within the U.S. and U.K., our standard processing time is 1-3 business days—this is the time it takes for us to receive your order, prepare it, and get it shipped out. The actual delivery time will depend on your location and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you’d like to track your order, reach out to us at support@braneaudio.com, and we’ll provide your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and U.K. Expanding to more countries is a priority, and we are working to expand internationally. Stay tuned for new locations rolling out in 2025 & 2026! How can I tell if a seller is an authorized Brane Audio dealer?

Sometimes products are offered online by sellers who are not Authorized Brane Audio Dealers. “Unauthorized resellers” may list items that are used, damaged, counterfeit, or otherwise not up to Brane Audio’s standards. Many of them are located outside the U.S., which can increase the risk of receiving counterfeit or altered goods.

The easiest way to confirm is to check our list of authorized retailers on braneaudio.com or to purchase directly from our site. Authorized dealers are approved by Brane Audio and meet our standards for product handling, customer service, and warranty support. Read the list here.

We update our list of unauthorized online resellers regularly, and we recommend avoiding purchases from the following sources to protect your investment: AliExpress, DirectNine
